Atlas is a men's health platform in three parts: an iPhone app for care, at-home testing, grooming, a medication reference and a healthy-aging track; an API; and a partner console for the clinicians, pharmacists, groomers and publishers who plug in.
What it does
Atlas relays reference content and does not author it. Drug label sections come verbatim from openFDA, drug names are normalised through RxNorm, and supplement labels come from the NIH. When a partner adds a clinician, their NPI number and name are checked against the federal NPPES registry. Every seeded biomarker range and screening recommendation names the organisation that issued it and links to its source.
The direction it is heading is an advocacy layer: an end point for a person's own health record, with insurance fluency and optional providers layered on, rather than another telehealth storefront.
How it treats your data
Not yet holding anyone's real medical information. Testers will use demo data until the compliance work is done, and the app says so.
Where it stands
In development. The iPhone app builds and the server runs on a development machine, but it is not hosted anywhere yet and nothing is in testers' hands.
